Te recomendamos que elimines la información superflua en un principio y te centres en los ingredientes más básicos para poder elegir los platos. Pero primero, ¡seguro que te apetece tomar algo de beber mientras decides tu opción preferida!

Una vez decidido lo elemental, por ejemplo si deseas tomar carne o pescado, podrás fijarte en los detalles de cada propuesta. Los condimentos, el acompañamiento de cada plato… Tómate tu tiempo para pedir con fluidez, estás en un restaurante y no hay prisas, se trata de disfrutar del rato a solas o en compañía.

  • Good evening madam, welcome to our restaurant. Can I offer you anything?
  • Good evening, thanks. I have booked a table for two at 8,30pm.
  • Could you tell me your surname, please?
  • Sure! My surname is Sánchez.
  • Let me see… Yes, here you are. Your reservation for two people at 8.30pm. Could you follow me, please?
  • Yes, of course. I will wait for my date before we order, is that ok?
  • No problem. Please, take a sit. Shall I offer you a drink?
  • Yes, please. I would like to have a look at the drinks menu, is that possible?
  • Of course! I will bring it for you in a minute.
  • Thanks, that is very kind of you.
  • Here you have, I will give you a couple of minutes to have a look at it and I will come back in a minute, right?
  • Great, thanks.

After a while:

  • Do you already know what would you like to have?
  • Yes, I do! I would like to have a glass of this specific red wine. Is that possible?
  • Yes, sure! Would you like to have some appetizers?
  • Mmmm, Yes, please. That would be wonderful! I would like to have some olives, please.
  • Great! I’ll bring them in a sec.
  • Thanks!

Your dates arrives and sits down with you

  • So… Jerry! I have just ordered a glass of red wine, would you like to have another one?
  • Yes, please! Awesome! And we can also have a look at the menu in the meantime.
  • Sure! Wonderful idea!

Waiter comes and you both ask for another glass of wine and the menu. The waiter brings both things and now you have a look at the menu together.

  • So, have you had a nice week? Thank God it is Friday, finally!
  • Yes, thank God! I had a really stressful week indeed.
  • Me too… and the weather was so warm on Wed and Thurs, wasn’t it?
  • Really warm, OMG.
  • Ok, let’s enjoy our time here and treat ourselves! A toast for Fridays!

The waiter comes and you both order your food:

  • Alright! Have you decided what would you like to have? Any other appetizers?
  • Oh, no thank you. We will order the dishes. We are hungry!
  • Great, then What would you like to have for starters?
  • Well, we would like to order a mixed salad to share, please.
  • Great! And what would you like to have for main dishes?
  • Well, Jerry would like to have a steak, and some fries.
  • Rare or well-done sir?
  • Oh, rare please, thanks.
  • And you madam?
  • I would like to have a hake fillet with some asparagus and cream sauce, please.
  • Perfect!
  • Would you like me to bring you a bottle of still mineral water?
  • Yes, please very cold.
  • No problem, in a minute! and… for desserts?
  • Mmmm… well we will decide that later, if you don’t mind.
  • That’s ok, thank you.
